The Order of Bards, Ovates & Druids

The 23rd Southern Hemisphere OBOD Assembly

Acknowledgement of Country

The Assembly will be held on the Country of the Pydairreme (Py-dar-reem-uh) people and we acknowledge them as the Traditional Owners. We recognise their continuing connection to lands, waters and communities. We pay our respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and to Elders past and present.

The traditional Aboriginal name for the area around Roches Beach, Tasmania, is “Lipalo”, which translates to “the place where the sun rises” in the Palawa Kani language.

There are only 29 spaces left of the 40 available at the The 23rd Southern Hemisphere OBOD Assembly
Bookings close on the Monday 12th January 2026 or when we reach 40 people.
Monday 12th January 2026 is also the final date for requesting an initiation.
